1964年の東京オリンピックのヨット競技会場として整備された施設の建て替え。地上2階建てで、いくつかのハイサイドライトを持つ3次曲面で構成された大屋根が架かる。管理事務所やロッカー、シャワー室、会議室、ラウンジなどが入る。
