Mixing process

In mixing processes where a number of raw materials are combined, maintaining the correct temperature is just one challenge. Because large amounts of material are mixed each time, one of the keys to improving productivity is to reduce the wastage losses caused by power failures. The problems faced in mixing processes can be resolved by using Mitsubishi Electric products.

Molding process

Sensorless Servo FR-E700EX MM-GKR

The Mitsubishi Sensorless Servo, a new choice in drive systems.

Powerful energy-saving motor SuperLine Premium Series SF-PR

By using its original steel plate frame technology coupled with a new iron core material, the SF-PR has achieved IE3 class efficiency while still retaining the same dimensions. It also continues to be compatible with the installation used for the Mitsubishi SF-JR standard motor, allowing the motors to be switched with ease.
